All prices are subject to stock availability at prevailing time.
Quotes are subject to sight of artworks and valid for 28 days
from the quote date. Prices quoted do not include VAT.
Your acceptance of our quote and the goods referred to therein,
is deemed as your acceptance and acknowledgement of our conditions
of sale.
Samples are supplied as ‘Non Returnable’ and charged
at cost along with delivery & insurance.
We like to receive from client a layout showing print positions, along with the finished artworks and pantone colour ref.
If computer proofs are requested, they are charged @ £5.00 per design way, which includes up to (3) changes.
Print & Embroidered proofs are charged at product quote price plus a £25.00 proofing charge which includes delivery & insurance.
Origination of production parts: films, printing screens and embroidery jacquards are charged as ‘Origination Costs’, unless otherwise stated to the contrary in our quote.
Orders are subject to a 4% ‘Over or Under Supply Clause’, due to the use of automated print & embroidery machinery.
Payment - Delivery
Account Terms
are - 28 Days from date of despatch, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For all other orders our terms are 'Prepaid' or '50% Deposit With Order / Balance On Delivery'.
Deliveries & Transit Insurance are charged at cost, unless otherwise agreed in writing
Your acceptance of our invoice and the goods referred to therein,
is further deemed as your acceptance and acknowledgement of our conditions
of sale.
Risk in the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery, but equitable
and beneficial ownership remains with Pier 32 Ltd until full payment
is received.
No claim for shortage or damaged products can
be allowed, unless we are notified in writing within 48 hours of
delivery. No returns can
be accepted or credited unless agreed in writing by Pier 32 Ltd.
Repeat Orders
Origination production parts
are held on file for 12 months, unless otherwise requested by the
client. After 12 months, production parts will
be disposed of.
Repeat orders accepted on a minimum quantity basis of 25 assorted
pieces, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
