Past Events.
The Big Issue Night Walk - Friday 30 September.
The 3rd annual Big London Night Walk saw around 500 people taking a 15-mile stroll around England's capital city. Full details can be found at the Big London Night Walk.
Great Gorilla Run - Saturday 24 September.
Since 2003, competitors dressed in gorilla suits have run, jogged or walked the 7km route through the City Of London. Full details can be found at the Great Gorilla Run website.
The Big Issue Bike Ride - 21-24 July.
Another long-standing client - The Big Issue Foundation - held a cycle ride from London to Paris. Starting from Twickenham on Thursday 21 July and arriving 230 miles and 2 days later at The Eiffel Tower, with a day to catch the Tour de France as it hit Paris. Pier32 supplied 160 t-shirts for this event and we wished all entrants and supporters the best of luck (and the best of weather!). Further details can be found at The Big Issue events page.
Envision Big Walk - Saturday 16 July.
Long-standing client Envision held a fundraising hike from Hampton Court Palace to Battersea Park. The walk was around 20 miles alongside the River Thames and started just a few hundred yards from the Pier32 office. It rained, quite heavily, for most of the day! Ian Johnson, one of the Pier32 Team, joined Emma Bird and others from the Envision Team on the walk and Pier32 also donated event t-shirts for all participants.
