Artwork
Sending us artwork in the right format saves you time in the long run and gets you your order without delay. Here's our guide to what will work:
Whilst we are PC based and generally receive
artwork as Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop, Mac files can also
be retrieved.
We accept artwork in the following formats:
Coreldraw - Version 12 or earlier
Please ensure that all fonts / letter styles are converted to curves, CDR or CMX format.
Adobe Illustrator CS - or earlier
Please ensure that all fonts / letter styles are converted to outlines or curves, EPS or AI format.
Adobe Photoshop CS - or earlier
Please maintain layers when saving. Ideally supply images on a transparent background. Artwork must be 300dpi or higher, the size of artwork at the size to be printed.
Adobe Acrobat
All of the above programs are able to save your artwork as a .pdf. This is ideal for sending artwork to us - remember to save with the 'for prepress' option selected.
For the novice:
You can send us a JPEG (or .jpg) - the common format for digital photos. However, when creating or saving your artwork, make sure that the document resolution is set to 300dpi. You can see this in the page setup or, in photo applications, in the resize image function. If the artwork already exists, make sure you choose 300dpi before choosing the final image dimensions to send to us.
When saving your JPEG - choose the maximum quality setting - lowest compression on some packages.

For your Quick Quote:
Right click on the file and look at properties - if your file size is too big (over 5MB) you will need to save as a copy to send us in a reduced size or resolution. Just let us know that you have done this and tell us about the size and format of the original artwork.
Size of print area:
Our regular print are for t-shirts is to a maximum size of 28cm x 40cm. We can print bigger - to 40cm x 56cm but please note that additional over-size' charges will apply.
Get this right at the start and the whole job will go so much more smoothly!
